Louise Loo is the Head of Asia Economics at Oxford Economics. She leads the firm’s macroeconomic research and forecasting efforts on Greater China. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, she was a senior economist at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, she was also a long-term advisor to China Ministry of Finance and the China-based Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) with regards to their sovereign credit ratings. Louise is a regular contributor to various international financial news outlets and has earned Economics and public policy degrees with Sheffield University and Columbia University.

‌Yang Xinyuan‌
A PhD candidate at Xi'an Jiaotong University, he serves as Chairman of Xi'an ESWIN Materials, concurrently holding positions as Executive Director of Shaanxi Semiconductor Association and Co-President of Xi'an Alumni Association of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
With over 20 years of experience in general semiconductor technology and management, he once held senior management roles at multiple BOE factories. He joined ESWIN Group in 2018 to oversee the layout and operation of its materials business.
Under his leadership, the enterprise has become a leading domestic supplier of 12-inch electronic-grade silicon wafers listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. It operates three factories in Xi'an and Wuhan, with a full-capacity monthly output of 1.8 million wafers. He has been honored as a national leading talent, a model worker in the national industry and information technology system, and an innovative leading talent of Shaanxi Province.

Mr. Liu Erzhuang graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a major in Semiconductor, obtained his Doctor of Applied Physics degree from the University of Dundee in the UK, and completed his postdoctoral research in Applied Physics at Harvard University. He has successively served as Engineering Director at Chartered Semiconductor Singapore, Factory Director at Shanghai Advanced Semiconductor, Vice President of China, General Manager / Group Vice President at Lam Research China, and Executive Vice President at Tsinghua Unigroup. In 2021, he joined Shanghai Pudate Semiconductor as CEO.

Gary Huang is Corporate VP, Asia Principal Client Strategic Advisor at Yole Group, where he leads business development and strategic industry partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region. With over 25 years of professional experience in semiconductors, communications, RF systems, and information technology, Gary specializes in mergers and acquisitions, IP licensing, and strategic product alliances.

Before joining Yole Group, Gary held senior management roles at several leading international high-tech companies, successfully driving global and regional market expansion. His extensive multinational management and industry strategy experience have contributed to growth in key technology sectors.

As part of Yole Group’s executive management team, Gary plays an active role in strategic dialogues and collaborations within Chinese Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. He is instrumental in advancing Yole’s market research, technology insights, and corporate advisory services, strengthening connections across the value chain.

Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and remains actively engaged in the Asia-Pacific high-tech ecosystem.

Rebecca Xu currently serves as General Manager of Industrial Measurement & Control, Greater China at Honeywell, overseeing Honeywell China's semiconductor industry business. She has previously held positions including Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Chief Marketing Officer of Intelligent Industrial Technology Group, and General Manager of Lean Digitalization and Sensing Business at Honeywell.

Expert member of TC599 (WG2 and WG8) under the National Integrated Circuit Standardization Technical Committee. He participated in compiling the core university textbook Integrated Circuit Packaging and Testing Technology for the "101 Plan".
With nearly 30 years of dedicated R&D experience in IC testing equipment, he is a top senior technical expert in this field. He has led the team to develop semiconductor testing equipment for analog, power and digital chips, and presided over the completion of multiple national, provincial and municipal key R&D projects.
He serves as a supervisor for the company's postdoctoral workstation, has applied for over 80 patents related to IC testing technology and published 6 academic papers.

With ‌15 years of experience in private equity and angel investment‌, he once served as a partner at Shanghai Shiming Investment USD Fund and a partner at Cybernaut Investment Fund. He has participated in the investment and exit of over 50 projects, and managed early-stage and mid-stage RMB funds totaling about 2 billion yuan. His main investment focuses cover IC design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, as well as key equipment, materials, components and processes in the advanced semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging industries. He engages in early-stage and mid-stage equity investment and M&A investment business by deploying capital along the entire industrial chain.

Roger Costa earned a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and Postgraduate Studies of International Business from Maastricht University.  

After working for Medellin Chamber of Commerce in Colombia, he joined the Catalan Agency for the Competitiveness (ACCIO) in 2022. Since then, he has held the following positions at ACCIO: Consultant for LATAM markets (2022 – 2008); Director of ACCIO Office in Santiago de Chile (2008 – 2015); Manager FDI Promotion (2015-2023).

In June 2023 Roger Costa was appointed Manager of the Catalan Semiconductor Alliance, a role run from the General Directorate of Industry (Government of Catalonia), a public – private initiative focused on assisting companies and key agents of the semiconductor ecosystem in Catalonia to become global leaders.  

Mr. Jervy Zhang currently serves as the China Country Director of ‌IDA Ireland‌, the Irish Government's investment promotion agency. Over the past decades, IDA Ireland has successfully established Ireland as one of the world's leading investment destinations and facilitated the country's transformation into a "knowledge economy". Currently, IDA Ireland supports over 1,800 client enterprises that operate their international businesses with Ireland as their base.

Mr. Zhang oversees IDA Ireland's offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing, leading the Chinese team to maintain close collaboration with enterprises and other stakeholders, and assist companies in making investments in Ireland. The secured investment projects include the establishment of international aircraft leasing headquarters in Ireland by leading Chinese financial institutions, WuXi Biologics' €325 million biopharmaceutical manufacturing base, and TikTok's European Trust and Safety Operations Center set up in Ireland, among others.

Prior to joining IDA Ireland, Mr. Zhang held senior marketing and management positions in multiple multinational corporations. He graduated from the School of Management of Fudan University, obtained his MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2005, and studied at University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland during his studies. Mr. Zhang is well acquainted with the business cultures of China and Europe, and has in-depth research and insights into the overseas development strategies and "going global" initiatives of Chinese enterprises.

Robin Du currently serves as the China Representative of IFZA Free Zone (International Free Zone Authority) in Dubai. Prior to joining IFZA, he held a senior management position as Asia-Pacific Regional Manager at the regional headquarters of a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Du has extensive experience serving in the global client consulting division of multinational corporations, providing professional consulting and technical solutions across vertical sectors including automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, and aerospace. His expertise encompasses localized operational services for foreign enterprises seeking high-quality development in China, as well as tailored support for Chinese enterprises expanding into the Middle East market.

Riccardo Budriesi currently serves as the President of Marposs Greater China. He boasts a solid technical background. Having worked at the Marposs Group for over 18 years, he has accumulated more than 16 years of management experience in Asia, with 12 years dedicated to deep-rooted operations in China. He previously engaged in product development and business support, and over the past decade, he has held successive leadership positions in South Korea, Vietnam, and the Greater China region.

At present, he is leading a dynamic and forward-thinking team to provide advanced quality and process control solutions for wafer manufacturing and post-processing inspection in the semiconductor industry. Leveraging localized sales, after-sales, production and R&D capabilities, along with long-term partnerships with numerous Chinese clients, he is committed to driving the sustainable development of Marposs in the Greater China region.

He currently serves as Executive Director of EIE Malaysia and Executive Vice President of Hangling Micro (Taizhou) Technology Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for the research and development of core technologies and strategic planning. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor equipment industry, he specializes in the localization of key components, equipment innovation, and the optimization of manufacturing processes. He is frequently invited to speak at domestic and international conferences and technical forums, sharing insights on development trends, key technologies, and localization opportunities in the semiconductor equipment industry.
