Clarification Notice

The CSEAC (Semiconductor Equipment, Materials and Core Parts Exhibition), which is widely acclaimed within the industry, has officially announced—as the original venue could no longer accommodate the scale of the event—that it will be held at the Suzhou International Expo Centre from 1 to 3 September 2027. The China Semiconductor Equipment Annual Conference will also take place at the same venue and during the same period.

However, according to recent feedback and complaints from a number of CSEAC 2027exhibitors, certain organizations and individuals in the marketplace have been repeatedly contacting CSEAC exhibitors, claiming that ‘the exhibition will continue to be held in Wuxi, with only the organizer having changed’, with the intention of misleading exhibitors into a false belief that CSEAC will continue to be held in Wuxi. Such behaviour not only seriously harms the legitimate rights and interests of exhibiting companies, but also disrupts the order of the exhibition market. To safeguard the rights and interests of our partners, we hereby issue the following clarification:

1. The ‘15th International Semiconductor Equipment, Materials and Core Parts Expo (CSEAC CHINA 2027)’, organized by us, will be held at the Suzhou International Expo Centre in September 2027. Any information that differs from the above dates and venue is not an official announcement by CSEAC; all relevant organizations are requested to refer exclusively to notifications from our official channels.

2. The so-called ‘2027 Wuxi Semiconductor Exhibition’ has no affiliation whatsoever with the CSEAC exhibition. Please carefully distinguish between the two events. The CSEAC Organizing Committee will not recognize any transactions conducted through unofficial channels; any contractual disputes or financial losses arising therefrom (including but not limited to false promises, additional charges, and invalid booths ) shall be borne solely by the parties involved. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability against any infringing party. We urge all exhibiting companies and partner organizations to remain vigilant, conduct all relevant business strictly through designated official channels, and guard against fraud.
