His research is centered on the R&D and application of seismic isolation and mitigation technologies as well as micro‑vibration control for electronic manufacturing facilities.
He has led his team to establish a nano‑scale micro‑vibration laboratory and successfully developed the world’s first large‑scale micro‑vibration simulation test‑bed. His team completed China’s first‑ever performance evaluation tests for active‑control products and assessment experiments on vibration‑control standards for precision equipment. Achieving world‑leading technical performance, these achievements have driven the advancement of advanced‑electronic‑manufacturing technologies in China.
